  • Founder & Support Coordinator

    With a wealth of experience in aged care, plan management and support coordination, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals and families in navigating the complexities of the NDIS.

    As a parent of a son who is a participant in the NDIS, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and hopes that come with being part of this vital scheme.

    In addition to my work in support coordination, I'm currently pursuing studies in counseling. My decision to study counselling comes from a desire to provide holistic support to participants facing various challenges, including those related to disability and mental health.

  • Support Coordinator

    With over 10 years of experience in the disability industry, Giselle brings expertise, compassion, and a deeply personal connection to her work. Growing up with a younger brother with a disability inspired her passion for supporting others.

    Throughout her career, Giselle has worn many hats—support worker, service coordinator, and day program manager—always dedicated to providing vital services to individuals of all ages.

  • Office Administrator

    With a background in physiotherapy, personal training, and support work, Julia brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others. Her commitment to professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable nature, ensures that both our team and participants receive exceptional support. Julia is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in your NDIS journey, and we are excited to have her on board.

    Joanna is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in photography, installation, and printmaking.

    With extensive experience in visual storytelling and media, Joanna is passionate about creating engaging content that reflects the heart of what we do. Through her creative vision, she helps share the stories of our participants and team, ensuring our message of inclusivity and support reaches those who need it most.
