Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, people-first Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who values real connection, independence, and meaningful work. You will support people in everyday life, whether that is out in the community, assisting with daily routines, or helping someone work towards their personal goals. No two days are the same, and the work you do will have a direct impact on someone’s quality of life.

You will act as a key point of contact between participants, families, and providers, building strong relationships and advocating when needed. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a solid understanding of the NDIS. We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications or experience in disability or community services, along with knowledge of NDIS processes and systems.

This is a flexible role with full time or part time options, remote work, ongoing training, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team delivering meaningful, person centred support.
