Support Coordination
Our Support Independent Living (SIL) services help NDIS participants build greater independence, confidence and choice in their everyday lives. Vida Connects provides personalised support in two purposefully selected homes located in Sydney’s Inner West, offering a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can develop practical life skills, build meaningful connections and work towards their individual goals.
Our experienced team provides tailored support based on each person’s needs, preferences and NDIS goals, while encouraging choice, autonomy and participation in the community.
